Dear Sir
I want to make payament of Rs. 250000/- for 25 Lac SMS @ 10 paise . please anybody confirm to me same is covered for deduction of tds.
Yes sir we are tax audit entity our turnover more 2 cr in every year. its now paid regular course

To whom you are paying? Are you a TAX audit entity? Please clarify.... Is it paid for the regular course of your business/profession?
