i issued a tds certificate form 16A , 1st & 2nd & 3rd or 4th quarter without date of printout plz suggesstion me.
i will liable a penalty or any default

Not to worry. Typographical mistakes are always welcome. (By the way, get yourself registered with NSDL. and it will start printing form 16A for you)
