22 June 2012 one of my client have engaged in the business TV channel and news paper, i m confused in which section i have to deduct tds on the following services:-
1.channel hiring charges
2.channel placement charges
3.server and domain charges
4.channel teleport charges

please also provide me the link of the relevant case law as well if possible.
