If one bill is made including vat and service tax on installtion charges, is tds applicable on installation charges?

TDS shall be deducted u/s 194C on gross bill amount.

TDS has to be deducted on installation charges if it exceeds taxable limit. No need to deduct tax on the material portion of the bill.
