Please let know how many months interest to be paid for the TDS liability as on 31.3.10 which is not paid even on 31.5.10 also

3 months. Interest to be calculated from the date of deduction and 1% p. m.

Int @ 1% pm or part of month upto the date of deduction and @1.5% from date of deduction to payment date
