on what amount we hav to deduct TDS.wether on amount credited or amount paid.
ex. amount paid in advance Rs.7,00,000/- and bill recevied till date is 4,36,000/-. what is the TDS amount.

It should be the amount paid as the same is more than the amount credited as we have to see the payment or credit whichever is earlier.
