Quick Summary
If your Post Office (PO) has deducted Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) at 20% because you didn't submit Form 15H, you can still claim a refund. Ensure your TDS is reflected in your Form 26AS by submitting your PAN to the PO and requesting a revised TDS return. Once updated, you can claim the deducted TDS as a refund when you file your income tax return.

19 June 2020 You can claim refund. TDS deducted should be reflected in 26AS.

19 June 2020 Submit you PAN to PO and then ask them to revised TDS return. by doing this tds will reflect in 26AS and then you can claim as refund in filing return.
