20 February 2020 I am working in a private limited company .I want to ask a query for TDS. Is tds applicable for end to end video production + script + pre-production + shoot + post production services .If it is applicable then under which section and at what rate .

29 February 2020 If you are providing service to the company as an employee then Tds applicable u/s 192.Rate is normal slab rate. If you are working as a consultant then tds@10% applicable u/s 194J subject limits..
