Dear All,
If we booked BHUTAN Package Tour for our foriegn clients, thru' our indian contractor, then will we deduct TDS from his bill.?

As per Sec 194C: when paymentis made by a specified person to a resident contractor then TDS has to be deducted.
SO, TDS has to be deducted.
