Dear,
We are in advertising agency and we provide various services to one of our client as print media and design.
If he is deducting 10% on each services is it allowable or he has to deduct 2% on print media and 10% on design.

He has to deduct 10% on your commission income on such advertisement and not on entire payment.

You give break up in your invoice for your charges on print media so that he will deduct 10% on your charges.

Mr. Prashant, In that case TDS is to be deducted at respective rates only. I.e. 2% on print media and 10% on design. if you have a combined invoice then @10 % on total amount
