28 April 2016 we have deposited less tds and by 30 april we can deposit . we have to deposit Rs.383215/ amount but when i ask my ca to tell ne tds and cess he says deposit 383215/only .

it is right ..please suggest me

28 April 2016 For TDS Cess is not applicable. If March you have paid Less , You can pay Difference amount Due Date For March TDS 30/04/2016.

28 April 2016 Agree with Kaviraja
In simple words, If this TDS is for March 2016 than you have to pay only TDS amount till 30 April 2016. There is Cess or Ed Cess on TDS. Interest is also not applicable in this case.
