08 April 2016 Hi can any one tell me that we have not deposit the TDS CHALLAN OF FEB 2016 . IF WE FILE A CHALLAN TODAY THEN HOW MUCH WE HAVE TO PAY INTEREST OR LATE FINE .The amount is given under which we have to submit in FEB 2016. 1. Salary : Rs.141849 2. Rent : Rs.11468 3. Contractor : Rs.937

08 April 2016 Tds liability deducted for Feb 2016 due date is 7th March 2016, if you fail you have to pay interest @1.5%PM from FEBRUARY, if you want to pay in April than you have to pay 3 months interest i.e. 1.5*3=4.5 on tds payable amount.

08 April 2016 it was jan tds and deposited in feb but not deposit . so please tell me the calculation now .

08 April 2016 On Rs.141849 you have to calculate 1.5% *4 months =Rs.8511/- will be the Internet.

08 April 2016 Tds portion enter in TDS and 8511 to be entered in Internet portion in Challan 281, same way you have to calculate for rent and contract and pay separate challans.
