21 April 2015 Suppose i raise a invoice in that :

1. service fees : 13500
2. Reimbursement : 90000 (Salary)
3. Service tax : 1669

Total : 105169

plz let me know how much tds will be deducted and what rate and what will be the amount ?

21 April 2015 tds wil b deducted on service fees plus reimb. amount if both are charged in one and the same bill

tds wil not b deducted on service tax amount

21 April 2015 rate of tds depends on the type of services u r providing... and on your status...

either 194 c or 194 j

plz tell me that on professional they have cut our tds . the invoice format and the thing are like this :

1. Service fees : 13500
2. Reimbursement
salary : 90000

now tell according to professional what will be the tds ?

22 April 2015 just simply we r raising the invoice to the party and they are cutting our tds on professional rate . i want to know that in this case tds will be deducted on which amount the rate is 10%.

22 April 2015 tds wil b deducted on 103500.. excluding service tax....
