We are the Labour contractors in the name of societies and having PAN: AOP status (One society)Trust status (Another society). We got TDS certificates from Contractee. Shall we claim TDS refund on filing IT returns in which status. The societies Received salaries and paid to the workers and there is no benefit to the society. Shall we claim total TDS. Pls Suggest.

You can claim total TDS you have to comply with tax audit requirements if applicable. File return as per status of PAN.
