Hi,TDS is applicable for Hotel Bills.If Applicable what is the Percentage and its comes to which section.

1) TDS not applicable on Hotel Bill.
2) TDS to be deducted u/s 194C on repair charges.
Rate of TDS:
Individual/HUF @1%.
Others @2%.
No PAN 20%
Threshold Limit:
Single Bill/Payment Rs 30000/-
Annual Total RS 75000/-
