Sir,
Can you please tell me that TDS is deducted including service tax or excluding service tax.
Ex: Professional fees 1,00,000
Service tax 12.36% 12,360
Total Amount 1,12,360
TDS is applicable on 1,00,000 or 1,12,360
please clarify me.

TDS need to deduct inclusive of service tax, on gross invoice value Rs. 112360/-
