my sister is working as lecturer in pvt. coleg
she is asked to check the copies at university @ 25/- per copy
i want to ask that amt which she will get is liable for tax/ tds
what is the limit
what should i do to claim the tds refund which form should i fill

for claiming tds refund back, need to file the Income tax return for your sister for the particular year. tds will be refunded after adjust the tax liability of the assessee
