can TDS errorneouly deducted on income exempt u/s 10 be claimed as refund by the deductor??
because deductee can't claim the same??

TDS provision not given any specific tds exemption for income u/s/.10. if the deductee has applied and taken exemption certificate and you have not deposited the deducted TDS then you can refund
