Difference of 10% of salary in TDS and amount calculated as per the slab

The difference amount of tax you will have to pay while furnishing the return.

What you want to know is not clear. If after TDS has been deducted by the employer and you are required to pay then that amount has to be paid by you or the employer will deduct the TDS in the final installment.
