UNDER MEGA EXEMPTION OF SERVICE TAX,IF AN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE IS EXEMPTED,WILL IT ATTRACT TDS...UNDER 194J OF IT?

Mega exemption given under service tax, but section 194J is under Income tax, so sec.194J still apply for Educational institution also unless they got tds exemption certificate
