19 September 2012 Leading public limited company's was vechile serviced by us period june 2009 to june 2010.
When we had raised 13 invoices and we have get only 10 bill's payments also i get only 10 invoice's TDS certificates.

Still we could not get 3 bills payments
and TDS certificate from company But
The Company have paid TDS amount to incometax only (we have known on 26AS)

in this case how to get remaining bill payments and tds cert from cheated company any one kindly guide me

19 September 2012 For getting the money for BILL, you need to file a suit in civil / criminal, as the case may be. For TDS, you can make a complaint to income tax department.
