Is TDS applicabl on monthly rent amount if-
Monthly rent -Rs.9000/-
Brokerage -Rs.9000/-
Deposit (Refundable) -Rs.30000/-
Aggregate payment in a year is more than Rs120000/- so is TDS applicable on this amount?

Deposit will not be treated as rent paid unless it is forfeited by the land lord.
Now in your case rent 9K per month. It is not crossing the limit of sec 194H. Hence there is no need to worry & do not deduct the TDS also.
