TCS made without details of party

11 February 2010 A company has sold the scrap on which TCS is made. However the sale is made to a roadside dealer who does not have PAN and no details such as name, address of the party is available. What details to be entered while filing TCS return? Please guide.

11 February 2010 deposit TCS in govt account as per rules. While submitting return you can file Nil if there is no other TCS party.
