30 April 2011 Sir what is the last date of filing TCS Returns for the last quarter of 2010-11?

30 April 2011 TCS statements (Form 27EQ) the due date is 30th April, 2011 i.e. today.

30 April 2011 The last date for filing of Q4 returns including TCS statements is on 15th May .

Dear sanjay. 30th April is only for the payment of TDS deducted for the month of April. (However last date for TCS for march remains 7th April)

30 April 2011 File statements of tax deduction in the prescribed time.

The due dates for filing of TDS/TCS statement are :

15th of July for Quarter 1,

15th of October for Quarter 2,

15th of January for Quarter 3 and

15th May for last Quarter however for TCS statements (Form 27EQ) the due date is 30th April.

30 April 2011 Srinivasan Sir i have replied about the due date of filing of TCS return for 4th quarter and not regarding payment of TDS/TCS.

15 May is due date for 4th Quarter for filing 24Q, 26Q & 27Q but for 27EQ due date is 30th April as earlier.
