TCS IN RETAIL INVOICE

In retail invoice the value is segregated in two parts that is in total value and net value.. total value is exclusive of TCS @1%.. My question is what will be the exact asset cost?? the total value or the net value which is inclusive of TCS??

its including vat but not including TCS.
