Hi all
Please guide how to write case law based questions in Direct Tax and Indirect Tax paper of CA Final when we dont know the name of the case law ??

Knowledge of case law is very important to fetch more marks. I would suggest you to prepare short note of imp and new case laws and try to learn name of the case.
For case law presentation you may take reference from ICAI Suggested answers, revision test papers and practice manuals.
