sir i have filed income tax return for the assessment year 2013-14 where taxable income is after deduction is Rs.157150. on 25th march 2015. however when i uploaded that return and download ITR-V in which it was shown that tax payable is nil becouse taxable income is rs 157150 and for that reason interest should not be charged but income tax dept. is demanding for rs 9100 for interest u/s 234B & 234C.
please guide us what should i do
