Mr A is getting the dividends of Rs.5000/- in FY 2009-10 on investment being made in Birla Sun Life Mutual fund.
whether this would be taxable in the hand of Mr A, if yes how Mr A can show this amount in his ITR

Dividend from mutual funds is exempt u/s 10(35). SO no tax on the same
However the same should form part of exempt income schedule dividend income/
