NRI recieved dividend from dubai based company.he deposited in the NRE a/c in india.
discuss the taxability of such dividend income in india.

This dividend is deemed to receive and accrue outside INDIA. In the case of 'NON RESIDENT as per Income tax' it is not taxable in india
