13 October 2011 AN INDIVIDUAL IS HAVING ONLY LOTTERY INCOME OF RS 10000. TDS OF 3000 IS DEDUCTED. SINCE HE HAS NO OTHER INCOME, WILL HE GET REFUND OF TAX DEDUCTED AS HE HAS INCOME BELOW EXEMPTION LIMIT?
