12 March 2015 Hi sir myself ramesh I'm doing articleship
I've a query
Mr.x commenced business with a capital of 1cr for that he took loan from the bank he pays 250000(100000-interest+150000-principle) due to incapable of paying loan he leased it to Mr.y he payinig 200000 rent per month ..............
Can Mr.x claim depreciation on said property........
If yes what is tax treatment.
If no what is.
Depreciation amount is 1500000
