My salary in hand 20,000/ P.M. How could I justify my salary for the purpose of saving Tax.

what do you mean "Justify"?
for the purpose of income tax if you could show Chap-VI investments to the extent of 60K then there will not be any Tax liabilty. I believe not sure you might have TDS there will be no Tax libility.
