A person apply for the PAN card in Jan'2011 and recd accordingly. He is in business last from 5 years.
Pls guide can he file his income tax returns for the last 3 financial years.

Income tax returns for the financial years 2008-09 and 2009-10 can be filed voluntarily. Beyond that voluntary filing is barred by time limitation of the Income tax Act,1961.
