dear sir
we have design work and supply some visiting card to out of India so I want know this will we charge any tax on this invoic

subject to the overall limit, service tax is applicable. Income tax is also applicable..but after the year end...

if your limit is over then you have to pay service tax and income tax on income.

if gross income from such activity exceeds 9 lakhs then do register for service tax and when exceeds rs 10 lakhs then charge servcie tax and pay to central govt.
