Dear sir
I have not submitted my income tax return for the previous year 2008-2009 as the income had not crossed the basic exemption limit. however the company had deducted tax Rs 7250/- as TDS on salary for the said year. The Tds certificate for the said previous year was sent to me on july 2011.Is there a possibility of seeking refund from the IT dept by filing Form 30 along with IT return for the said previous year even though the time limit for belated return has expired.

Return can be filled u/s. 119(2)(b), with permission obtained for condonation of delay.
