26 January 2011 One of my friends have filed his return through e-filing for past 4 years. He is not got the refund still. I want to give a representation letter to the department about refund. I heard that we cannot give representation letter in the respective ward (at tapal) but send the letter to the CPC in bangalore. Is it correct. Form 26 A states refund as nil.

28 January 2011 It is not possible to file returns for for A.years in the same year . Plz clarify .

29 January 2011 We filed the returns by the due dates for the respective AY. However we did not receive the refund still.

29 January 2011 In case of paper return , you can make representation with your A.O.

03 February 2011 We have e-filed our return, what is the best course action we need to take to get our refund.

03 February 2011 In case of online returns, you should make enquiry with CPC but in case of paper return, you should make representation with concerned ITO/Ward.
