Then the Assets and Liab. of Mr.X will be distributed to Mrs. y if there is no will and the income will be taxable in the hands of Mrs.y

Mr X died and Mrs. Y filing Mr X's return of income for the F.Y 2012-13 by signing as legal heir(representative) but Mr X has self assessment tax payment liability.
Then on which pan no such tax has to be pay i.e on Mr X's pan no. or on Mrs Y's Pan no.
