tax payment for gstr4 before return

Last date for gstr4 payment is oct 18 but last day for gstr4 is extended to nov 15 how could we pay before filling return. If i pay through creating challan it only credited on cash ledger

i have paid today but the amount shows on cash ledger how can i transfer to tax liability

At the time of filing you can adjust the cash ledger balance to your liability...
