Tution Fee is not mentioned in school fee receipt, It is mentioned as Composite Annual Fee, is this ok for taking deduction.

School is saying as per some "UP Govt's circular we have mentioned only Composite Annual Fee"
Is that any circular have been issued by UP Govt, IF yes pls share the circular
