Tax on reimbursement

Hi. I travelled to some place in India for attending a conference on my own expenses. Later on I filled my TA/DA bills with my university where I'm working. I got some portion of the funds from UGC funds. I just want to know is it taxable income???

Receipt reimbursement of expenses incurred will not be taxable since the same is not income.
