what will b tax liability for gross receipt 15 lac under rent from immovable property .
can we claim any abatement return have been filling for 3rd time

Service tax and IT both are applicable.If any maintenance is done to the immovable property in a year,and the service providers have collected any ST in their bills,that can be claimed as ST input for reducing the ST payable amount.For IT also,such expenses and -for both- any property tax paid to local/urban corporation can be claimed as exemption.....mjk
