27 June 2009 Our one client has inherited property from her husband. Is she is liable for the income tax liability not declared by her husband.

27 June 2009 If she is the only legal heir of the husband, then all the taxes liable to be paid by the husband, shall have to be born by the wife as she is taking all the assets, she will born all the liabilities too.
