30 June 2017 Example. Mr A whose Turnover is below 20 Lakhs and get Voluntry registration under GST. He has only Intra state sale. He issue GST Tax invoice for every registered dealer. Is it compulsory to charge GST tax @ 18% ( Services fall under this rate). Like Service Tax, can he issue tax invoice without charging GST tax in their Tax inv
