if co-owners are receiving total rent of Rs.1980000 pa. from leasing of immoveable. and lease agreement cleary define the 50% share of Rent of each co owner. Are they liable for payment of service tax .

No they are not liable for service tax since total rent per year does not exceed Rs 10 lakhs
