One of my party make 10 supplies per day against challan within Delhi where cost including GST is less than Rs,50,000.... Can party issue SINGLE TAX INVOICE for ten days of all supplies

E-Way Bill not mandatory in your case hence its possible to issue single invoices for cumulative supplies. Please ensure to attach all the LR/DC, challan copies in that particular invoice.

Dear Sirs : Thanks for reply ! In this case the date of supply of material AND date of invoice will be different..... Is this not violation of anty act.... Kind regards
