17 June 2017 is it compulsory to upload the each and every Tax invoice and Invoice under the RCM in GST Portal by the Taxable person wef 01.07.2017

17 June 2017 Yes the detail of each Tax Invoice issued to Registered person is to be uploaded. on transactions with unregistered persons, in case of inter state transactions of In voice value of Rs. 250000/- or more is to be submitted invoice wise. Rest shall be consolidated state wise and rate wise. For intra state tarnsactions with Unregistered person, a consolidated rate wise figure is to be submitted

17 June 2017 When transaction with registered person it is mandatory to upload invoice wise detail & when transaction with unregistered person on intra-state supply and for inter-state supply invoice value is less than of Rs. 2.5 Lakh consolidated rate wise outward supplies is uploaded & for value of invoice above Rs. 2.5 lakh in case of inter-state invoice wise details uploaded.
