There is one firm who is going to purchase from me.
Mine is a propriter firm which is having a C.S.T. & G.S.T. both.
Now is it true that if made any purchase from any trader by tax invoice, and i sell that to the firm by Tax Invoice who is going to export, then they can not get rebat?
They are saying that my Tax invoice to them can be used by them for Tax Credit only if i have purchased from manufacturer.
If i made purchase from trader, then sell to anyone, then they can't give Tax Invoice to anyone as a cycle has been, Manufactrer - Trader - My company. Means 2 invoices are already made, now when i sell to anyone, it becomes 3rd invoice. And so a firm to whom have sold, when they sell to anyone, it becomes 4th invoice, which can't be Tax nvoice or not valid to get Tax Credit.
Please reply urgent.

Tax Invoice is Giving Credit to Buyer who is also a Registered dealer and Registered dealers only eligible to get credit of taxable purchase by Tax invoice
There is no Restriction about how many can give tax invoice. tax should be collected in every point of sales is VAT System
If the Item from which you and other are giving tax invoice,when that items receive by end user the circle is complete otherwise it is continue by selling that items to registered buyers
sometime consumable or raw materials or spares items using by Manufacturers in that case, taxable item credit is lastly taken by manufacturers after then credit is in finished good which changed the separate identity of that taxable item
its not issue of valid-invalid for valid-invalid there are different circumstances need to understand

Murtaza is correct. You can issue tax invoice and the buyer if he is also a registered dealer then he can also issue a tax invoice and all of you can claim set off of VAT
