24 October 2017 If you are Purchased from Registered dealer.... Then Your GSTIN and Firm name is must for the Purchase Invoices...
Then only you can claim ITC...

Also your supplier ll be file GSTR 1 with your Purchased Invoice and It ll be shown in Your GSTR 2A as "Counter Party Status as "YES"...
