i have provided services of rs.8.50 lacs in previous year and i have paid tax now as the limit increased than what i do make my registration cancle or i am suppose to pay tax even i may not cross 10 lacs

If you collected tax on services you have to pay it and continue to follow the law.
If you have collected tax then you cannot cancle the registration. If you not collected tax, then keep filing NIL returns, till you reach the limit.
