can tax on perquisities(sodexo meal pass; reimbursement of newspaper bills)of employees borne by the company ?
if yes, then how to show the income in the employees return and the tax portion borne by the company.

No,now fringe benefit tax is not payable by company while such perquisites are considered as part of employees salary so tax should be charged as per their tax calculation and IT act.

Agreed now tax have to be paid by employees. perquisites will be part of salary.
